Catalina works for the Office of the CIO team as an ESG and Impact Manager. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG, Mrs. Demidchuk worked at Veracity Worldwide, a business intelligence firm, where she identified and assessed ESG and reputational risks for investors and multinational corporations in emerging markets. During her time at the firm, she helped build the ESG Intelligence business unit focused on identifying and managing ESG risks along the investment cycle. Prior to Veracity, she worked in the non-profit sector on sustainability and climate change projects, including the Natural Resources Defense Council and the World Resources Institute. Mrs. Demidchuk started her career in the public governance sector, implementing innovation and open-data projects with governments across Latin America.
Catalina holds a BS in Political Science from the Tec de Monterrey and an MPA concentrating on energy and environment from Columbia University.
