Joao Rodrigues

Joao Rodrigues is a Managing Director and a member of the Office of the CIO team. He is based in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Mr. Rodrigues was a Partner specializing in Value-Add for the Ethos Africa and Ethos Large Equity Funds within Ethos.

He draws on his extensive management consulting experience gained at McKinsey & Company as he works with portfolio companies and investment teams to shape strategies, drive operational performance, and capacitate teams to deliver full potential.  His specific sector experience extends across industrials, energy, transport and logistics and consumer goods.

Mr. Rodrigues holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal and an MBA from INSEAD.
