Director
Kalene Lang is a Director and member of the Human Resources team. She is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms. Lang was a Senior Manager: Human Resources for Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG. In her HR career spanning over 15 years in financial services, Ms. Lang has gained broad experience in all elements of the talent and employee lifecycle. She is passionate about culture and creating working environments that enable employees to reach their full potential.
Ms. Lang has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch.
